Instabase helps enterprises turn document-heavy workflows into actionable intelligence through agentic AI. Their technology is genuinely powerful, but the brand wasn't keeping pace with what the product could do or the industry it was reshaping.

The Context
The enterprise AI space moves fast and looks the same. Most players in the category communicate complexity with more complexity, leaving potential customers impressed but unconvinced. Instabase had the opposite problem: a product that genuinely simplified difficult processes, but a visual identity and web presence that didn't reflect it.
The Approach
The identity was built around clarity and motion. Clean typography and a refined color system gave the brand the visual authority it needed, while custom illustration and motion design did the harder work: turning complex AI processes into ideas that land immediately.
That same logic extended into the web design. Instabase's product operates across multiple technology layers, and communicating that depth to potential customers without losing them required careful UX thinking. The site was structured to guide users through that complexity progressively, building understanding and trust at each step, making the robustness of the system feel like a feature rather than a barrier.
