The Context

MetroMuv is Santiago's metro payment card, reimagined as a full digital wallet. Beyond getting people from A to B, MetroMuv is building toward something larger: a unified payment and mobility platform that travels with users into every corner of their daily life, from the turnstile to the checkout counter.
We were brought in to create the visual identity and UI concept for the entire digital system, covering the card, the app, and the experience that connects them.

The Approach

We built the identity around movement and clarity. The visual system draws from the logic of transit itself: bold, directional, instantly readable, while introducing a warmth and accessibility that public infrastructure rarely achieves. The result is a brand that feels both official and human.
For the UI concept, we focused on reducing friction at every step. The app centers on trip planning, helping users navigate Santiago's network with confidence, while the wallet layer makes MetroMuv useful beyond the metro, integrating payment into the same flow people already know. One card, one app, one coherent experience.
